Abuse of WTO Agricultural Rules? Yes, Indeed…

According to a study of DTB Associates: “Several influential countries are not complying with the domestic agricultural support commitments they made as members of the World Trade Organization (WTO).”

Does anyone else see a direct relationship with the BEPS initiative where “every country” is expected to “cooperate” for the “orderly implementation” of a “multilateral instrument” to make dispute resolution mechanisms “more effective” as per action #14 ?
